1. Scope of Application These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all bookings made under the Non-Refundable Rate for ("Pavlos Apartments"). By completing a booking under this rate, the Guest agrees to these terms and conditions without exception.

2. Booking and Payment

A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount must be paid via bank transfer within 3 days of reservation. Failure to make this payment will result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

The remaining balance must be paid in full upon arrival or via bank deposit before arrival.

The booking is confirmed only after the initial 50% deposit is received, and a confirmation email is sent to the Guest.

3. Cancellation and Modifications

Bookings under the Non-Refundable Rate cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded for any reason, including but not limited to: changes in travel plans, personal emergencies, or adverse weather conditions.

In case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged, and no refund will be issued.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time: 17:00 (Greece time - Evening)
Check-out time: 11:00 (Greece time - Morning)

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must adhere to the Property’s rules, including noise restrictions, occupancy limits, and prohibited activities.

Any damage caused to the Property during the Guest’s stay will be the responsibility of the Guest, and repair costs may be charged.

The Guest is responsible for ensuring all personal belongings are removed at check-out, the Property is not liable for any lost or forgotten items.

6. Force Majeure

The Property shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or inability to provide accommodation due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, no refund or compensation will be provided under the Non-Refundable Rate policy.

7. Acceptance of Terms By proceeding with the booking under the Non-Refundable Rate, the Guest acknowledges and agrees to abide by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
